The most recent Windows 10 update, dated December 12, 2017, makes changes to Microsoft Internet Explorer that may interfere with LearnScape services. We are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it. If you encounter problems, we recommend you use Chrome or Firefox, as outlined in the system requirements.

As part of our ongoing effort to give you the best user experience, we've created a new Support Center. If you've visited our old support site in the past, things will look a little bit different, but we think you will enjoy the changes.
